A man was taken in serious condition to the Monserrato hospital after being electrocuted during work on the electricity grid.

It happened in Quartu Sant'Elena , in via Molentargius.

After the alarm was raised, the 118 operators, the Carabinieri of the Quartu mobile unit and the firefighters intervened.

Investigations have been launched to clarify the dynamics and causes of the accident.

From the first information, the injured would be a citizen of foreign origin. It wouldn't be life threatening.
