Quartu, big fire in the garage: several vehicles destroyed

Big fire at dawn in a car repair shop on Via Marconi in Quartu. A truck, three motorcycles and three cars are on fire.

The flames developed around four o'clock in the garage parking lot, attacking the parked vehicles and causing serious damage.

Several fire brigade teams and the carabinieri of the Compagnia di Quartu's mobile radio operating unit were on site. The fire was limited and tamed, the site made safe.

The causes of the fire are not yet known. The investigations are coordinated by Lieutenant Colonel Valerio Cadeddu and Captain Gianni Russo. Several people have already been questioned, including the images of a camera.
