Residence ban in Olbia for Fabrizio Demeglio, 40 years old, resident in Quartu, arrested by the Carabinieri on charges of having cleaned out a grocery store in the Gallura city.

According to prosecutor Alessandro Bosco, the man allegedly smashed the shop window with a stone and stole packages of fresh sausage, 17 boxes of Goleador sweets, Coca Cola and beer. The military, according to the investigation documents, allegedly stopped Demeglio as he walked away with a basket full of goods taken from the shelves of the Olbia shop.

The man also allegedly stole the money from the cash register, around 300 euros.

Demeglio, defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Corda, appeared before the Tempio judge, Marco Contu. The arrest was validated and the judge ordered that the person reported leave Olbia immediately.
