Good news for residents, tourists, and businesses along the Santa Margherita coast: after months of closure, the seafront road has reopened to traffic thanks to initial safety measures implemented in recent days.

The reopening was made possible following work carried out at the most critical point of the bridge affected by the recent problems and the efforts of the municipal administration, which worked to ensure traffic was restored as quickly as possible.

The construction sites remain operational. Work will continue in the coming days, particularly along the stretch leading to the Cala d'Ostia Tower, where the necessary safety measures are still underway.

Regarding traffic, Via Flumendosa, between the Hotel Flamingo and the Cala d'Ostia campsite, is once again open to traffic in one direction. Alternating one-way traffic, regulated by traffic lights, remains in effect between Via Temo and the Cala d'Ostia campsite.

Finally, the road leading to the Cala d'Ostia Tower will remain closed to traffic until the planned work is completed.

The reopening represents the first step toward a return to normality along one of the busiest stretches of the Pula coast, especially in light of the intensifying summer season.
