A month of conferences, guided tours and workshops, with the possibility of tasting the typical dishes of ancient Rome: with the Romanum convivium , the typical lunch prepared every year following Apicius' recipe book, the curtain fell on PulArchàios yesterday evening, the cultural event created by the Municipality which for nineteen years has accompanied the archaeologists' excavation campaign in Nora.

The students of the Azuni hotel institute in Pula prepared the exquisite dishes that appeared on the tables of the inhabitants of ancient Nora.

Lunch once again allowed us to get to know the culinary habits of the Romans up close: a mouth-watering history lesson that the guests particularly appreciated.
