While a garrison on the 131 dcn is scheduled for February 14, on February 23 a new judicial appointment awaits some shepherds who in February 2019 took part in the protests over the price of milk. Two hearings are scheduled in Nuoro.

In the first, the four defendants are charged with the crime of road blocking and ten defense witnesses will be heard, including mayors and politicians who were present at the crossroads of Lula on 13 February 2019, the site of one of the most popular events in Sardinia. Following, the hearing for 9 other pastors involved in the Siniscola demonstration, they too are charged with the crime of road blocking. In the courtroom some technical aspects of law will have to be verified and then it will begin with the hearing of witnesses at subsequent hearings.

"Both trials appear to be the only ones in Sardinia for which the crime of road blocking is being prosecuted - writes the independence association Libertade in a note -, recalling that the defendants risk penalties of up to 12 years, we renew our solidarity with all defendants and we ask to participate in the sit-in before the Court of Nuoro starting at 10.30 ".
