Moments of fear this evening on the 19:50 Aeroitalia flight, departing from Cagliari airport and bound for Milan Linate. Taking off shortly after 20:15, during the flight it had a pressurization problem that – about twenty minutes after departure and just after flying over Gallura – made it necessary to descend from 34,000 to 11,000 feet.
The plane remained at this altitude for about forty minutes, until it began landing operations, which were completed regularly at 9.25 pm. On board, oxygen masks for the passengers were released from the overhead locker .
At the time of the problem, the emergency signal appeared, causing great fear among the passengers . The situation was managed on board by the staff and returned after about fifteen minutes.
