Words of peace pronounced by the students of the De Amicis middle school , voices of students freed from the windows of the Istituto comprensivo 2 of Porto Torres who, this morning, all read together a passage of their choice taken from books, novels, memoirs, letters, essays, and poems, recounting the Holocaust .

For 5 minutes from the balconies of the school building, teachers and students released towards the sky the words of all those who denounced the horror of the Shoah . An evocative moment of great impact for an initiative entitled "A window for Memory: but what noise does reading make at school?", organized on the occasion of Remembrance Day by the municipal library of Porto Torres and Lal-legarsi alla Lettura in collaboration with the school, Fidapa-local section, the Comes cooperative, La Camera Chiara and Radio del Golfo. A polyphonic choral reading in homage to the victims of the Shoah.

The parents and many onlookers were outside listening . The librarians and representatives of Lal's partner associations attended the event to share the important moment with the students.
