Some German tourists have definitely raised the bar with respect to some behaviors contrary to urban decorum in the city of Porto Torres.

For the umpteenth time they parked their large-engined motorbikes on the sidewalks of the square of the Beata Vergine della Consolata, a wild stop in front of the entrance to the sacristy of the church of the same name, in the city centre.

The motorcyclists ignored the access bans, clearly visible to all, climbed onto the sidewalk of the square, parking their vehicles near the side door of the parish.

Several motorcycles lined up, in a disorderly manner, parked before going to have a quick meal. Passers-by and residents, who witnessed the scene, bombarded the local police switchboard with telephone calls to report yet another uncivilized behavior by tourists who allow themselves to roam around the squares of Corso Vittorio Emanuele with motorbikes.
