Porto Torres, falls down the stairs: a woman is serious

Moments of fear and concern in Porto Torres this morning due to a domestic accident. A 78-year-old woman lost her balance when she fell down the stairs inside her home.

Immediate assistance from family members and residents who alarmed the 118 operations center. Two ambulances on site, one of which is medicalized. The health workers together with the Areus doctor reached the apartment where they found the woman in a semi-conscious state.

After initial treatment, the elderly woman was stabilized and urgently transported to the Santissima Annunziata civil hospital in Sassari, where she is hospitalized and kept under observation by doctors. His conditions are serious but his life is not in danger. The prognosis remains confidential.
