The Roman tourist Gul Navid Gulmir was sentenced to ten months in prison (with already completed compensation for damages of almost twenty thousand euros), accused of the crimes of interruption of public service and injuries for an incident that took place in Porto Cervo, near the Just disco Horses, on the night of August 15, 2020.

The 30-year-old man, annoyed by the impossibility of passing with his Mercedes on a street where a 118 rescue operation was underway, according to the prosecutor's accusations, threw a violent punch at a civil protection volunteer, Paolo Cossu , who underwent several nose surgeries.

Victims of the assault alleged against Gulmir, the Arzachenese operator of 118 and the association for which he works, the non-profit organization Agosto 89, both plaintiffs in the trial celebrated (with the abbreviated procedure) before the Tempio gup, Marco Contu.

Cossu was also allegedly "rebuked" by a young woman who was with Gulmir: "You damaged a 40 thousand euro Rolex".
