Emanuele Raghedda's ex-partner, Rosa Maria Elvo, announced it a few weeks ago during a press conference: she considers herself a victim of the entrepreneur and intends to join the civil action at the preliminary hearing in Tempio Pausania next Monday.
On July 13, the proceedings into the murder of Cinzia Pinna opened. Elvo, assisted by criminal lawyer Francesco Fùrnari , believes she too is a victim of Ragnedda's involvement in the investigation (under investigation for eight months for aiding and abetting). The San Pantaleo businesswoman's lawyer has urgently requested from the Tempio Court all documents (request for dismissal and possible dismissal order) certifying the dismissal of the woman from the investigation into the Conca Entosa crime.
Fùrnari released a brief statement: "After eight months of ordeal and pain over being placed under investigation and undergoing tests, including DNA sampling, I believe my client is entitled to these procedures immediately." According to rumors, Fùrnari is prepared to file a civil action at next Monday's hearing, even if his client hasn't received the dismissal order.
Rosa Maria Elvo has always claimed to have been tricked by Ragnedda, who allegedly asked her for help cleaning the house in Conca Entosa, telling her that he had been forced to shoot a dog that had attacked him . This is the building where the woman, originally from Castelsardo, was killed.
The civil parties will be Cinzia Pinna's family (assisted by lawyers Antonella and Nino Cuccureddu) and Luca Franciosi (victim of slander), represented by Maurizio and Nicoletta Mani. During the very first phase of the investigation, in September last year, according to the documents, Ragnedda claimed that Franciosi had arranged for Cinzia Pinna's body to disappear, a claim prosecutor Noemi Mancini has deemed slanderous.
The Arzachena businessman's defense attorneys, criminal lawyers Luca Montella and Gabriele Satta, have reportedly received initial results from a comprehensive consultancy by specialist Dario Radaelli and university professor Ernesto D'Aloja.
