A series of non-transparent hirings, if not actually considered piloted, as well as alleged cases of absenteeism among employees of the city's Lyric Theater. These are the hypotheses around which the investigation by the deputy prosecutor Andrea Vacca revolves who, yesterday morning, sent the investigators of the Guardia di Finanza to collect the computers of the foundation in via Sant'Alenixedda. Three hypotheses of crime that are hypothesized by the prosecutor: abuse of office, fraud and forgery.

Computers seized

Yesterday morning, a dozen plainclothes financiers showed up in the personnel offices of the theatre. The investigators of the Fiamme Gialle remained at the Lirico all day, also taking away several computers late in the evening. For the moment, a series of officials and executives, but also the last two superintendents are reported to be registered in the register of suspects: the current number one of the theater, Nicola Colabianchi, and his predecessor, Claudio Orazi.

"I am very serene", said Colabianchi, "as far as I'm concerned, I have full faith in the work of the magistrates and the Public Prosecutor's Office".

The file

The investigation was opened this year, after the arrival of a complaint to the Public Prosecutor's Office: a series of hirings carried out in recent years and alleged anomalies in the management of the institution and personnel were reported. Not only. Something that didn't fit in the attendance register was also brought to the attention of the judiciary.
