It is called " Contributions for the recruitment of 6 unemployed young people residing in the Municipality of Padria " the project with which the municipal administration led by the mayor Alessandro Mura wants to support an active labor policy intervention by creating concrete job placement opportunities for the unemployed of the country.

«The aim - reads the announcement - is to bring the unemployed young people of Padria closer to the world of professions and trades , favoring those of the local artisan, agricultural and commercial tradition, with the dual aim of creating a link between generations and improve the youth employment situation'.

Contributions for hiring consist of the disbursement of a non-repayable grant, up to a maximum of one thousand euros, to reduce the cost of labor due for the hiring of a young unemployed man from Padria.

«The orientation - continues the announcement - is intended mainly towards the more traditional trades (cook, butcher, breeder, farm labourer, bartender, plumber, carpenter, blacksmith, shoemaker, etc.) often ignored by the younger generations but which still today they can be a good professional investment because they are too neglected».

The age range of the unemployed is between 18 and 40 years old . The project finances start-up, integration and support courses in the world of work in companies operating in the Padria area that hire or have hired, on a fixed-term or permanent basis, in the period from 1 May to 31 December young residents in the Municipality of Villanova.

The reference sectors are agriculture and livestock, ancient crafts, catering and the free profession.

Applications must be received by 12 noon on 10 July.
