Scientific high schools lead the regional rankings, with eleven schools scoring above 70. Mariano IV d'Arborea in Ghilarza and the Cagliari-based Don Bosco and Alberti schools follow on the podium, with excellent results also for the schools in San Gavino, Carbonia, and Nuoro.

Among the classics, the Galileo Galilei of Macomer takes the lead, while in the province of Cagliari, the Dettori takes the top spot. Among the linguistics, the Pitagora of Selargius takes the lead, followed by Alghero and Nuoro.

Among the technical specializations, the Duca degli Abruzzi agricultural school in Elmas leads the technological section, while the Ciusa school in Nuoro takes first place among the economics specializations.
