A new episode of vandalism occurred overnight in Telti, where a series of intimidating acts have been reported in recent weeks, alarming the community. This time, the town's post office was targeted, with black crosses painted on its shutters and ATM. Other windows have been defaced with paint and offensive graffiti in the past, and municipal employees have also had their car tires slashed.
Telti's mayor, Vittorio Pinducciu, confirmed the seriousness of the situation, emphasizing that the authorities are constantly monitoring the incidents.
The perpetrator of the vandalism is believed to be a local man with significant disabilities who is demanding from the municipal offices the money that is managed for him by a support administrator.
