Two illegal dumps of cars and special waste of all kinds.
They were identified and seized in the countryside of Oristano by agents of the NIPAF (Environmental and Forestry Police Investigation Unit) of the Forestry Corps and VA of Oristano, on orders from the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The seized vehicles most likely came from a commercial activity and were kept in total violation of environmental regulations. Offences punishable by imprisonment from six months to two years and a fine from two thousand six hundred to twenty-six thousand euros. The investigations continue.
The operation of the Oristano Investigative Unit is part of a series of checks that the Forestry Corps carries out throughout the region, aimed at combating environmental crimes.
