Oristano, the majority walks out of the chamber: the debate on the ZTL is cancelled.

The scene is not new: in the Chamber on Via Carboni, yet another session of the Oristano City Council took place, suspended due to lack of a quorum.
The meeting began as usual with the consideration of several interpellations and questions. Then, when it was time to consider the minority motion on the limited traffic zone, the majority loyal to Massimiliano Sanna walked out of the Chamber on Via Carboni, leaving the center-left councilors alone, reinforced by the three "blue rebels" who shortly before had sent yet another signal of impatience to the mayor by not voting to recognize an off-budget debt.
"Once again, the Sanna administration is avoiding discussion of important issues," the minority groups emphasize. "This motion would have allowed everyone to express their opinions and make the necessary adjustments to the regulations prepared by the council, which were approved without passing through the Council."
The opposition criticized the mayor's attitude: "He was the first to leave the chamber precisely to ensure there was no quorum, thus demonstrating his lack of sensitivity on a topic that is, in fact, of great importance to citizens, such as the ZTL."
The House returns to the floor on the 29th for a second session, now the only viable option for approving administrative measures. And the agenda includes budget balances.
