Around 8:00 PM on Monday night, at closing time, a man with a mask and armed with a knife entered a supermarket and approached a cashier, threatening her and demanding that she hand over her takings . Once he had obtained the money, he fled on foot.

A lightning-fast action, which lasted – as confirmed by the images captured by the cameras – about ten seconds in total.

After the alarm, the Carabinieri intervened on site, starting the investigation and the hunt to find the person responsible.
