House arrest with an electronic bracelet, forced admission to a nursing home and a ban on approaching the injured party, always with the application of the electronic bracelet.
These are the three precautionary measures ordered by the Oristano Police Headquarters for red code crimes, from mistreatment in the family, to aggravated injuries inflicted in the domestic sphere, up to sexual violence against a minor.
The measure of house arrest with electronic monitoring was ordered against a 52-year-old resident in the province. He had been subjected to precautionary custody in prison because he was considered responsible for sexually harassing conduct towards some underage students: after nine months in prison the investigating judge of the Court of Oristano ordered the modification of the precautionary measure with that of house arrest.
The security measure of probation with forced admission to a nursing home was instead ordered against a 50-year-old man from Oristano, considered responsible for mistreatment in the family against his elderly mother.
A forty-eight-year-old from Oristano was instead removed from the family home and a precautionary measure was imposed against him, prohibiting him from approaching the injured party with the application of an electronic bracelet: he was considered responsible for aggravated domestic injuries to his cohabiting partner in the presence of their minor daughter.
There are six red codes in total that the personnel in service at the second section of the Flying Squad of the Oristano Police Headquarters have dealt with in recent times, reporting six people to the judicial authorities and executing, after the investigative activities, the three precautionary measures.
