Bitter departure for the students attending the Mariano IV d'Arborea scientific high school, in via Messina, in Oristano . The entire second floor of the building is currently unusable.

Work is still in progress to install the air conditioning and place the photovoltaic on the roof. The intervention began in July but the workers did not finish the work. This means that it is not possible to enter and therefore carry out lessons in twenty classes of the school . For this reason, in the next few days many students will be transferred to the Frassinetti Institute, a short distance from the higher institute. However, this will not happen immediately.

The high school will open its doors to everyone on Tuesday morning, September 12. Students for the first week will enter at different times and will only be in school for two hours. So from next Tuesday to Saturday 16 September. Then it changes. From 18 September there will be a small logistic revolution. The province of Oristano is preparing 14 classrooms at the Frassinetti Institute. Three instead will be obtained on the ground floor of Mariano IV. For three others, however, a solution has yet to be found.

From the school they let it be known that everything should return to normal by the end of October at the latest. Now the workers will set up the Frassinetti classrooms and transfer all the equipment used by the students. «Just today we made an inspection inside the classrooms», explains the director of the Institute Donatella Arzedi, «They are spacious and welcoming. The families of the boys must rest assured.
