The accused, of the prosecutor of Tempio, Nadia La Femina, speaks clearly. Over the course of five years, almost one million euros would have disappeared from Gianluca Vacchi's current accounts and on 1 June next, the file for the alleged huge accounting hole will land before the investigating judge of the Gallura Court.

The hearing has been set during which the file against the former directors of Vacchi, Pietro Oliva, 52, from the Olbia district of San Pantaleo and his partner, Stefania Schirru, 53, from Simaxis (province of Oristano) will be dealt with ). The two, defended by lawyers Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano, are accused of embezzlement and self-laundering.

The charge was defined on the basis of an investigation by the Guardia di Finanza of Olbia, which started after a complaint by Vacchi himself. According to the prosecutor of Tempio, the former administrators of Vacchi (entrepreneur, DJ and influencer well known for his ballets) would have appropriated around 911 thousand euros, from 2015 to 2020.

The financiers, coordinated by Captain Carlo Lazzari, identified numerous transactions and transfers of sums of money from Vacchi's bank deposits to current accounts, prepaid cards and Postepay which were attributed to Oliva and Schirru. Part of the money would have ended up in the account of an agricultural company, based in San Pantaleo and registered in Oliva.

Vacchi, assisted by the Bolognese lawyer, Gino Bottiglioni, claims that he never authorized the transfers from his accounts. The accused persons, who reject all the objections, had the accounts available for the management of the villas and for the staff of Mister Enjoy (as Vacchi is known on social networks), in Porto Cervo, Bologna and Miami. In turn, Oliva and Schirru filed an employment lawsuit in Bologna against the entrepreneur, asking for compensation of 700,000 euros. Vacchi was denounced by the two for slander, in reference to his statement on the alleged shortfall, but the Tempio prosecutor's office asked for it to be dismissed.
