He ignored the traffic police's halt, fleeing on his motorcycle. A mad chase , the one that broke out during the night in the streets of the center of Olbia , which risked leading to dramatic consequences.

Two people were in the vehicle, including a twenty-year-old who was driving without a licence : perhaps for this reason, when the patrol drove alongside him (after noticing a dangerous gait), the young man accelerated instead of stopping .
