The story is unique, it has very few precedents if we consider the thousands of files opened for violence that takes place within domestic walls and which sees women and minors, even very young children, as victims.

The facts, according to the investigations conducted by the Tempio prosecutors, occurred in Olbia and according to the documents, the Red Code was also triggered to protect the couple's children, children who witnessed the abuse suffered by their father. Therefore, minors are also involved in the investigation and the file is sealed to protect them. However, something about the story leaks out. For example, that the woman, in turn, was allegedly abused by her partner and in the end, exasperated, she hit him. But this is a reconstruction that needs to be verified.

The woman, it seems, rejects all the charges. Certainly if we consider the over 500 proceedings opened in Gallura in the last two years for the "Red Codes" we do not find similar stories.
