Food in poor condition and lacking the necessary traceability required by law : this is what the Carabinieri of the Anti-Adulteration and Health Unit and the Labour Inspectorate Unit of Sassari discovered yesterday evening, assisted by colleagues from local stations , in a series of checks in 4 premises in the historic centre of Olbia .
Irregularities in workplace safety were also found.
20 kg of meat were seized by the military, while the owners of the premises were fined a total of over 9 thousand euros and reported to the judicial authorities of Tempio Pausania.
