Violent assault on a nurse in the Emergency Room of Olbia. A 32-year-old man, of Tunisian nationality, kicked the victim with both feet, hitting her in the back. The nurse was thrown against a sink.

The man was on a cot after being admitted: he had fallen from his bicycle. The victim was assigned ten days of treatment.

The perpetrator of the attack, after hitting the nurse, began to swear at the doctors and all the staff of the emergency room of the John Paul II hospital.

Three security guards on duty at the hospital in Olbia immobilized him and proceeded with the arrest. The man was subsequently taken into care by the Carabinieri.

For the Tunisian citizen, defended by the lawyer Maria Caterina Pisano, the obligation to sign was triggered.
