Olbia, car vs scooter near hospital: thirty-six year old dies

Tragic accident this afternoon in Olbia .

A car and a scooter collided at around 4.30pm in via Bazzoni Sircana , near the ramp that leads from the Olbia ring road to the Giovanni Paolo II hospital.

Nothing to be done for the man driving the two-wheeler , Enrico Demuro, 36 years old, dead   following the consequences of the violent impact: his family is very well known in Arzachena.

The dynamics of the accident are unclear: Demuro, perhaps blinded by the sun, may have lost control of the vehicle, crashing into the car. But we are waiting for the final investigations.

Despite attempts by 118 operators to revive him, the man died.

Firefighters and police officers intervened on site to carry out investigations.
