Olbia, cannabis was not light: two entrepreneurs return to prison

The staff of the Olbia Traffic Police, coordinated by Commander Andrea Migliore, carried out an order from the Tempio investigating judge, Marcella Pinna, arresting two entrepreneurs from the Gallura city, Federico Barone, 31 years old, and Nicolas Incollu, 26 years old.

The two, according to Polstrada, were found in possession of approximately 150 kilos of marijuana with a high active ingredient.

The order was carried out this morning and the recipients of the precautionary measure were taken to prison in Bancali.

Barone and Incollu were arrested for the first time in October because there were 200 kilos of drugs in their van, stopped in Olbia during a check. But the two were released immediately because they had explained to prosecutor Mauro Lavra that the cannabis was Sativa, therefore light.

A subsequent appraisal proved them wrong, according to the documents only 50 kilos of marijuana were classified as light. And so the new arrest order was issued.
