He had filed several complaints because he believed he was the victim of a situation that was compromising his business and causing a lot of trouble.
A 33-year-old restaurateur from Olbia allegedly protested too vehemently, placing himself in the wrong, over the noise and loud music near his restaurant.
The man likely lost his mind when he saw the negative reviews from his customers, who claimed they had a bad experience due to the chaos near the restaurant. He was first reported for stalking the people believed to be responsible for the noise problem, and then he was issued a notice prohibiting him from approaching the victims of the "insistent" calls.
What's more, the restaurateur, according to a new report to the prosecutors, violated the measure and was arrested. Today, he was questioned in the presence of his lawyer, Abele Cherchi, and now risks house arrest.
