Olbia: A man kicks a minor out of his home and attacks two police officers, ending up in jail.

The investigating judge of the Tempio Pausania Court, Federica Di Stefano, has ordered a prison sentence for a 50-year-old man arrested in Olbia a few days after an attack on two Carabinieri officers from the Mobile Radio Unit.

According to the indictment, the man, a resident of Olbia well known to law enforcement, threw out a minor who lived with him . The boy called the Carabinieri for help. Upon seeing their uniforms, the man from Olbia flew into a rage, punched one officer in the face, and then broke the hand of the other officer who intervened .

The man, defended by lawyer Daniela Peru, did not appear in court and is now in Bancali prison.
