Murder of Mirko Farci, for Masih indictment in the Court of Assizes
The 30-year-old Pakistani, a former partner of Farci's mother, had asked for the shortened procedure
The judge of the Court of Lanusei, Mariano Arca, ordered the indictment in the Court of Assizes for Shahid Masih, the 29-year-old under investigation for the murder of Mirko Farci.
At the end of the council chamber, the judge returned to the classroom reading the device.
