The Free Beach Club, one of the first resorts on Costa Rei (Muravera), will be managed by the Loi family's ITI Marina Hotels. A long-term agreement has been signed between the TH Resorts group and ITI Marina Hotels.

The transaction, the TH Group explains in a statement, represents a significant step in its business plan and consolidates a long-standing partnership with the Loi family. "This agreement," emphasizes Piero Loi of ITI Marina Hotels, "completes a collaboration built over the years on mutual trust and a shared vision for the development of tourism in Sardinia."

Management of the resort is part of TH Resorts' broader growth plan. With over 400 rooms, the Free Beach is a highly significant facility. "TH Resorts is taking a strategic step in its growth," the company explains, "and significantly strengthening its presence in Sardinia with the signing of a long-term management agreement for the TH Free Beach Costa Rei, a historic resort among the island's most important." The agreement, signed with ITI Marina Hotels, owned by the Loi family, marks a new phase of development for one of Sardinia's iconic tourism destinations.

For the 2026 season, the village will be undergoing an evolution of its offerings: a new dining format with exclusive buffets in themed corners, an all-inclusive formula (with cocktails and drinks on tap included throughout bar opening hours), two paddle tennis courts, a beach on the Costa Rei coast, entertainment, and family services. Accessibility is guaranteed by air connections from over 20 Italian airports, bookable through leading travel agencies.
