Muravera: molests a minor and attacks her mother, 58-year-old man in jail

It happens in Muravera , where a 58-year-old man already known to the police was arrested by the Carabinieri, who executed a prison order issued by the Attorney General of the Republic at the Court of Appeal of Cagliari. The 58-year-old must serve a sentence of 2 years and 2 months in prison for the crimes of personal injury and sexual violence against a minor.

It all started in May 2019, when the girl was a guest of the man for a few days, who allegedly made her the object of somewhat excessive attention, groping her private parts . The minor told everything to her mother, 54 years old, who complained about this behavior. And he, in response, physically attacked her in April 2021. The woman then filed a complaint and, at the end of the trial, he was arrested. The man is now in Uta prison .

Other measures were also imposed on him: the prohibition to approach places frequented by minors, to carry out work in contact with minors and the obligation to inform the police about his residence and movements.
