Near the house despite the prohibition of residence and approach. Last night the Carabinieri of Selargius arrested a 47-year-old woman in flagrante delicto, for violating the precautionary measures imposed by the Court of Cagliari, which included the prohibition of residence in one's home and the obligation to maintain a minimum distance of 500 meters from the property. They had been issued following continuous acts of persecution against two cohabitants residing in the same building.
The story began last February, when the victims reported the situation to the Carabinieri. From there, an investigation was launched that led to the issuing of the precautionary measure that, despite everything, was not respected with continuous violations of the prohibitions, culminating in the arrest that took place last night.
A few minutes before the stroke of midnight, the victims, already affected by threats, sleepless nights and continuous damage, noticed the presence of the woman near their home and called 112. When the military arrived, the woman was arrested but, having assessed the situation, the Judicial Authority did not request the application of further measures and the 47-year-old was released.
