One year and eight months in prison, with the measure of the prohibition of approaching and activating the electronic bracelet : this is the sentence of the Court of Tempio for a young Nigerian citizen (33 years old) accused of sexual violence and stalking.

The alleged incidents occurred in Tempio Pausania last year, and the victim is a 22-year-old woman from Lure. The young woman had been targeted several times and was afraid to go to the parking lot of the market near her workplace. She was the one who called the Carabinieri for help.

The complaint was filed after a long series of incidents, culminating in the most serious offense: the girl was restrained and groped. The person convicted yesterday was the subject of an expulsion order. The victim filed a civil action and was represented by the lawyer Immacolata Natale.
