Major drug bust in Sardinia: 22 arrests

A major operation by the Carabinieri of the Olbia territorial unit, coordinated by the Cagliari District Anti-Mafia Directorate, has been underway since the early hours of this morning, Monday, December 15.
The raid, which involved local and specialized units, is linked to drug trafficking in Sardinia and the rest of the peninsula.
The Carabinieri are executing 22 precautionary measures. According to reports, at least four of the suspects are resident in southern Sardinia.
