The new mayor of Luras, Leonardo Lutzoni , 24 hours after the elections thanks the town, remembers the first citizen Marisa Careddu, who recently passed away and indicates the emergencies: «We will get to work immediately, the people of Luras believe in our program, serious and without false promises, and now we must implement it. Among the first things to do there is certainly an immediate taking charge of the town, urban decorum is a priority at the beginning of the mandate ».
In forming the team of councilors, the election result cannot be ignored. The three big names in preferences are Gianni Pinna, Giuseppe Seu and Luca Depperu Sassu .
The leader of the civic Luras 2.0, Maria Giuseppina Tamponi , also spoke: «I congratulate Leonardo Lutzoni, I wish him good work. We will be a constructive opposition. We hope that he will work to reassure Luras and overcome the divisions that were fueled by the outgoing mayor. Mauro Azzena conducted a door-to-door electoral campaign against us ». Tamponi was part of Azzena's council, the former mayor left the scene after an internal crisis in the former majority.
