Lotzorai, two hectares burned in Sa Serra

Two hectares of Mediterranean scrub and scrub devoured by the fire.

This is the toll of the fire that broke out in the early afternoon in the countryside of Sa Serra, in Lotzorai.

The fire, probably of malicious origin, was put out shortly after 4pm thanks to the coordinated intervention of the staff of the Tortolì and Baunei forestry stations together with the Tortolì firefighters.

Operations carried out in synergy by the firefighting teams which prevented the flames from spreading towards the homes, for which there was no alarm.
