Looting of designer clothes and T-shirts: couple under arrest in Carbonia
A 42-year-old and a 40-year-old are in trouble, who will also have to answer for receiving stolen goods

A couple from Carbonia - he 42 and she 40 - arrested by the police on charges of aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods .
The two were stopped by policemen from the local police station's flying squad after being surprised with unpaid merchandise stolen from a downtown clothing store.
Once blocked, they were checked and inside a bag specially shielded with aluminum foil to evade the anti-theft systems, designer t-shirts were found with the tags still on.
Not only that: from their car other items of clothing came out of which the couple was unable to provide any explanation, probably also the proceeds of theft.
The three T-shirts, worth over 200 euros , were returned to the owner of the shop, while the two 40-year-olds, at the end of the investigations, ended up in handcuffs , awaiting the direct trial .
