The 14 recipients of the precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Milan and executed this morning by the ROS carabinieri were supplied drugs to Olbia and Gallura by truck: they are   accused in various capacities of criminal association aimed at drug trafficking, trafficking and sale of drugs and illegal possession and carrying of a firearm.

The measures arise from the results of an investigative activity conducted by the ROS of Milan starting from 2021 and are a follow-up to those carried out on 26 April 2023, as part of a broader operation which also saw the Carabinieri of Corsico, the penitentiary police of the Opera prison and the Anti-Crime Department itself: a suspect had been arrested against eight members of a group that dealt in drug dealing in the Barona district of Milan. The group also had firearms kept by compliant people inside public places. The association fed a direct sales channel in Sardinia, in particular in the province of Olbia, where the drugs arrived hidden on board trucks.

Six drug sales were reconstructed, each containing five kilos of cocaine, for a total value of around one million euros.
