Leonardo is the name of the first child born this year in Sassari, at the Materno Infantile on Viale San Pietro.

The newborn was born at 1:13 a.m., weighing 3.39 kg, and was welcomed by the healthcare team and his parents, Maria Laura Secci, 39, and father Pier Franco Sias, 38, both from Sorso.

The birth was assisted by midwife Marilisa Stagnitta, supported by Maria Grazia Torru, Marta Daga, Stefania Sanna, Vincenzo Marfoli, Romana Bazzicalupo, Moira Fini and Eleonora Fiori.
