Large fire near Sagama: two Canadairs and four helicopters in flight

Four helicopters and two Canadairs are intervening on a large forest fire that has developed east of Sagama, in the province of Oristano.

On site, in addition to the national civil protection aircraft, the regional fleet aircraft coming from the operational bases of Bosa and Anela and two Super Pumas arriving from Fenosu and Alà dei Sardi are operating.

On site, the fire-fighting operations director belonging to the Bosa Forestry Corps patrol coordinates the fire-fighting operations.

At the moment the fire front is not approaching the inhabited center.
