This is what emerges from the complaint by the regional councilor of the 5 Star Movement Roberto Li Gioi , who now highlights a new critical issue: «Since yesterday», he points out, «La Maddalena no longer has an extraordinary government commissioner for environmental reclamation and regeneration works urban . On 7 September 2023", explains Li Gioi, "the terms of the delegation entrusted by the President of the Council of Ministers to the President of the Region, Christian Solinas, who held the role of Commissioner for three years, expired. And if during this long period not a finger has been lifted to allow the redevelopment of an area abandoned to itself , let's think about what could happen now."

In particular, according to what the councilor underlines, «the enormous building that overlooks a body of water of inestimable environmental importance is falling to pieces, but for the Sardinia Region it does not seem to be an issue worthy of attention ».

Yet Li Gioi points out that the works in Cala Camicia should have been completed by September, and then completed in 2025 those in the body of water outside the Darsena: «Unfortunately», he concludes, « to date we must note that the only certainty is the 'immobility .
