In the Northwest of Sardinia the drought alarm remains . Rain fell heavily in the eastern part of the island, effectively cutting off the Sassarese and Nurra. The data are certified by the Region's rainfall network. The station in the Alto Temo dam (in Monteleone Roccadoria) recorded a fall of 13.60 millimeters . In the Bidighinzu dam (Bessude) 9.60. In Sassari city (University station) 6.80, in Porto Torres (Andriolu) 7.20, in Alghero 14.60. In Stintino (Punta de s'Aquila) just 1.6 millimeters of rain.

Much higher levels of rainfall in the Nuorese and Ogliastra. At the Baunei rainfall station, 143.80 millimeters were recorded , 121.20 in Villagrande, 114.20 in Dorgali (Monte Tului), 105.20 in Lodè (Sas Siddas), 106.20 in Nuoro. Around Sardinia, 18.40 millimeters were recorded in Santu Lussurgiu, 81 in Nebiba (Iglesias), 30 in Capoterra (Poggio dei Pini), 67.40 in San Vito (San Priamo).
