They are the creditors of the bankruptcy of the real estate Ap. Tov are the alleged victims of the crimes contested in the investigation which, today, led to the criminal seizure of the Tre Monti Hotel in Baia Sardinia in Arzachena .

The investigations started from Tempio (transmitted to the Bari prosecutor's office for competence) and were conducted by the Guardia di Finanza of Olbia. The assumed crime is that of money laundering . The hotel was owned by Ap.Tov and despite the bankruptcy (declared by the Court of Pistoia in 2017) it would have passed first to Triveneto Alberghi and then to Gripal Costruzioni.

The suspects are Marco Santoro, 42, from Canosa di Puglia, legal representative of Triveneto Alberghi srl, Felice D'Agostino, 40, from Bari, administrator of Triveneto Alberghi srl, Mauro D'Agostino, from Terlizzi, 43, according to the Fiamme Gialle de facto administrator of Gripal Costruzioni srl with registered office in Bucharest and Gaetano Vernarelli, 67 years old, from Abruzzo.

The soldiers of the Guardia di Finanza of Olbia, coordinated by Captain Carlo Lazzari, investigated (together with the staff of the Commissioner's Office of the Gallura city) the operations that allegedly damaged the creditors of the PA. Tov. The suspects are defended by the lawyer Antonella Cuccureddu, Renato Laviani and Antonio Ingroia. Felice D'Agostino is also involved in the maxi investigation (185 million euros in tax evaded) which led to the seizure of the Porto Rotondo villa of the entrepreneur and singer Anna Bettozzi (aka Ana Bettz) .
