Hospitals still under stress on the island due to Covid-19.

If, in fact, the occupancy rate of intensive care remains stable on the island, albeit above the threshold, at 16% of places occupied by patients affected by the virus, the figure relating to hospitalizations in ordinary wards returns to rise.

In Sardinia, the percentage of beds occupied by Covid patients in non-critical area wards passes to 24%, marking a + 1% compared to the previous Agenas survey.

In Italy, the average figure in the ordinary departments remains stable at 30%, but returns to grow not only in Sardinia but also in Calabria (38%), Marche (+ 3% reaches 34%), Molise (22%), PA Trento (30%), Val d'Aosta (40%). On the other hand, it falls in Basilicata (25%), Friuli Venezia Giulia (39%), Lazio (32%) and PA Bolzano (24%). It remains stable in Abruzzo (32%), Campania (31%), Emilia Romagna (30%), Liguria (40%), Lombardy (29%), Piedmont (31%), Puglia (25%), Sicily (39%) ), Tuscany (27%), Umbria (32%), Veneto (25%).

In intensive care the average figure at national level remains at 16%, but falls in 11 regions: Abruzzo (19%), Calabria (11%), Friuli Venezia Giulia (23%), Lazio (21%), Liguria (14 %), Lombardy (13%), PA Bolzano (12%), Sicily (16%), Tuscany (18%), Umbria (12%), Val d'Aosta (18%). Growth in Basilicata (8%), PA Trento (28%), Piedmont (21%), Veneto (15%).

Stable situation in Campania (11%), Emilia Romagna (17%), Marche (24%), Molise (8%), Puglia (12%) and, as mentioned, Sardinia (16%).
