He had threatened the neighbor by brandishing a large wooden stick and then tried to hit him in retaliation for previous misunderstandings and quarrels: the protagonist was a 69-year-old from Perdaxius, denounced in Narcao by the carabinieri at the conclusion of investigative investigations.

The man, retired and with previous complaints against him, had tried to lash out at his neighbor, also a pensioner but ten years younger, on 17 August: the gesture was then followed by the complaint to the local military.
