He steals a minor's phone, then throws a lit cigarette at him and threatens him: under arrest

A 28 -year-old was arrested in Olbia , by the men of the Flying Squads of the local police station, after an attempted theft against a minor resident in the southern area of the city.

The very young man was on the street , dog on a leash, intent on talking on the phone with a family member, when the 28 -year-old suddenly snatched the cell phone from his hands and fled.

The boy managed to reach the thief and grabbed him by the shirt , but he threw a lit cigarette at him , then slamming him into a parked car and threatening him with death .

The police, alerted by the boy's father, who witnessed the chase and the attack after hearing his son's cries, identified and arrested the 28-year-old for aggravated improper robbery, as he was committed to the detriment of a minor.

On the instructions of the Public Prosecutor, who then validated the arrest, the thief was taken to his home, where he will have to remain under house arrest .
