Intervention by the agents of the Flying Squad late yesterday evening in Cagliari.

The request for help came from Viale Bonaria, where a 50-year-old citizen was threatened by a young couple.

The man, owner of a motorcycle parked under the arcades where a credit institution is based, when he went to take the motorcycle, he noticed a young foreigner sitting on his motorcycle who, noticing the owner's presence, threatened him asked for the keys. When he refused, the young man got off the motorcycle and with an aggressive attitude tried to hit the owner with a slap. At the same time another young man, also a foreigner, approached him and yelled at him to hand over the keys. The man, frightened, then managed to escape by alerting the police.

The two foreigners were promptly stopped and identified: they are an Algerian and a Tunisian, both 19, who, even in the presence of the police, continued to show an uncooperative and aggressive attitude.

After being taken to the Police Headquarters and carrying out the necessary investigations, the two were reported in a state of freedom for attempted robbery in competition.
