He puts his boat up for sale on the web, cheated by the buyers: two complaints against Calasetta

Two young men aged 21 and 23 , both residing in Brescia , were reported in Calasetta by the carabinieri for aggravated fraud in the competition.

The two, of Indian nationality, had made contact with a 77-year-old man who had put his boat up for sale on the well-known online trading portal Subito.it.

After accepting the conditions of sale, the two pushed the man, a resident of Calasetta, to go to an ATM to pay him what was agreed.

The man, after carrying out the operations at the counter, however, realized that he had not received any payment , but rather that he had depleted his account by 500 euros .

The complaint to the carabinieri was immediate, and they traced back to the perpetrators of the scam. For the two the trial in Cagliari.
